New club series changes

Please be aware that as of the November-December club racing series, we will be separating the Short Course class into three different skill levels, each with their own requirements: Sportsman Spec, Intermediate and Expert. What was previously known as "Spec Slash" will now fall under the "Sportsman Spec" Short Course class, though skilled racers can obviously opt to compete in the Intermediate and Expert classes.
